Yes. Our range covers electric vehicles sold in the UK. Alpha Max uses a Type 2 connector, which is compatible with the vast majority of UK EVs.

Yes. All Vorsprung EV chargers include PEN protection, so you should not need a separate earth rod installed.

Tethered means the charger has a built-in cable that plugs directly into your car. Untethered units use a separate cable with plugs on both ends — one into the car, one into the charger.

A 7.4kW charger is ideal for home use on single-phase power. It can fully charge most EVs overnight and works well with standard UK home electrical setups.
