Easy to install. I didn't need the app or controls really so I just use it as a basic plug and charge device. Works well, seems good value and well made.

Initially I had a small issue with a defective item. After speaking with your UK supplier, who had an exceptional after sales service department it was replaced the next working day.

Easy to install, although it was a slightly difficult to set the WiFi up which was through no fault of the equipment, it was due to me not following every step of the instructions as it is shown. Once this was followed step by step it connected no problem. It may be worth considering using a more detailed pictorial diagram, should anyone struggle to understand English or may have learning difficulties with software in the future.
I still haven’t set up the cards yet yet but hopefully this will be the same, by simply following the instructions.
The reports seem reasonable and give adequate basic information that may be required for individuals, managers or accountants alike, via the App.
Neat, smart looking piece of equipment, although seems to get dirty very quickly and the gloss finish which looks great may become dull and marked over time.

Still early days, yet I feel confident that this is a decent unit and hopefully will give many years service.

Only downside is that it can be purchased cheaper on line from other companies rather than the official UK supplier.

This charger is really great it is simple to use although I have found the app a little difficult to navigate eventually worked it out

Arrived really well packaged. Set up was quite easy with the instructions. Works well and looks good. Only been using once a week, so nothing to complain about. Really pleased at the moment.
