Works fine but could be much better

Whilst it is exactly as described, and does the job, I would have preferred a bigger item with a storm cover over it and a place to wind excess cable. It could also do with a cap to cover the blank socket when the cable is not inserted.

Great customer service...

I found it quite challenging when trying to decide which home charger to go for but reviews on this item where good and i was happy to discover they had a London based customer service department. The electrician said it was easy to install and it looks great especially with its lcd display giving you handy info. I did have to call the customer service line regarding an app enquiry and they called me back within 10 mins and gave me all the answers... Thank you i would definately recommend.

Excellent plug and charge, no fuss

A no fuss plug and charge piece of kit. Easy to install and when charging no messing with an app. The app onmy audi does all that I want. Would recommend to others that want a straight forward charger.

Simple EV charger required suit OFF Peak switched supply

Answered all the questions and they suggested their Titan plug and play charger. Purchased the unit fitted and used for 4 weeks very successfully. Their assistance and advice pre and post purchase was excellent a delight to deal with.

Easy to install does the job

The charger is well priced. It arrived promptly and was easy to install, and it charges quickly The only slight criticism is the cable holder was an extra, otherwise I would have given it 5.

The charger appears fine and works OK, but the manual is poor; when setting up you do not get flashing lights as stated. Switch off at the mains for 10 seconds do the same at the unit, search on your phone, and wait the 2 minutes and it should be found by your phone

Having bought a full ev to go with the plug in we needed a second holder. Works well, easy to install. I havent really drilled so much but found it easy in a tough garage wall. Holds the chargers weight abs is very sturdy.

This item is great. It seems to be good value for money. It was easy to attach to the wall and keeps my cable safe and tidy. It also stops the plug getting full of rain water.

The wall to inside hook dimension could be a little larger to accommodate a larger/longer cable (might need some thought to strengthen device to resist additional weight and leverage. 2. The socket might be better angled down a little to help against water running in, or, the addition of and O ring or seal would do the job. 3. an optional (or 'deluxe version) back shield (same material) would prevent scuffing of cable, and knuckles maybe, against wall when wrapping cable on hook. Suggestion 1. might be best served as an separate, larger, model - another product so good for marketing too. Good luck with your ventures.

Works great with a type 2, the 3 long screws make it stable and the holster holds the charger secure, I also loop the cable around it when not in use.
