When will I receive my order?

We offer free delivery on all of our products. Delivery time depends on the product, ranging from Express (1-2 days) & Standard (4-6 days) mentioned on the product page

What’s your refund policy?

You can return your order for a refund within 30 days from your purchase, with a £10 restocking fee deducted, This does not apply to products which arrive with a manufacturers fault. Please read our Refund Policy page for more information.

How does the guarantee work?

Every product you purchase on the website is covered by a 1 year guarantee, or 3 years for an EV Wallbox. No need to sign anything, it’s automatically applied! It covers all manufacturer faults, just get in touch with us if you have an issue and we’ll take care of it.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will be redirected to a order confirmation page which will contain your tracking number.

You will also receive an email once your order is on the way - your order's tracking number will be included in this email as well.

If you are not able to find your tracking number, please contact or send us a message from our Contact Page.

How do I pay with Klarna?

Do you ship to outside of the UK?

We ship to the Republic of Ireland as well. Please see our Shipping and Delivery page for more information.

Does Vorsprung provide installations?

Unfortunately, Vorsprung does not provide installations at the moment - however, our chargers are made to be easy to install and your local electrician should be more than capable!

Will your chargers fit my vehicle?

Yes! Our range covers every Electric Vehicle currently sold in the UK. Check out our EV Product Finder and find the chargers suitable for your exact car.

What is Tethered and Untethered?

Tethered means the WallBox has a cable built into the unit and you plug into your car at the other end. Untethered WallBox chargers are designed to be used with a cable that has a plug on both ends. You simply plug one end into your car, and the other in the charger itself. It’s like a socket!

What is the difference between Vorsprung's Tethered WallBoxes?

Are your WallBoxes PEN approved?

All of our WallBoxes have PEN protection. This means you don’t need to spend extra money getting an earth rod installed.

I don’t have a driveway and I need a WallBox longer than 10m. Do you have any?

This is a very common problem for new EV owners! The best solution is to order an Untethered Wall Socket, and a 12m or 15m Type 2-Type 2 Cable.

Do your Wallboxes have surge protection?

All of our WallBoxes have surge protection built in.

How fast will your WallBox charge my car?

We have both 7.4kW and 22kW WallBoxes. The speed at which your vehicle will charge depends on the battery in your vehicle, and your household electrical supply.

I upgraded to a new car and my old charging cable won't longer fit - do I need to buy a new one one?

All you need is an adapter! If you want to charge a Type 2 vehicle with a Type 1 charger, then this T2-T1 adapter is the product for you.

If you want to charge a Type 1 vehicle with a Type 2 charger, then it's the T1-T2 adapter you need.

Are your WallBoxes solar compatible?

As long as you have a PV Inverter to convert the current from DC to AC, the solar panels can power your WallBox!

We don't currently have the ability to let you choose how much solar power is used by your charger but we're working on it!
